- Fill out form to create a username and password.
- Login with your newly created account.
- Once logged in, Click the Download icon for the PDF of your choice to download it
- Post download, Open the PDF in a PDF viewer such as Adobe® Acrobat Reader or Preview (Mac) to view the document
- Press Ctrl+P ( Command+P on the mac ) to print the docuemnt
