Preconstruction:

EMMA Corporation recognizes the importance of a workable schedule as a project management tool. We work closely with our selected subcontractors for all major trades to develop a preliminary baseline schedule. Once the preliminary baseline is developed we plan the entire project in great detail using milestone for developing a comprehensive critical path method (CPM) schedule using Primavera Project Planner. If needed we cost load the schedule as a means to monitor the remaining balance of budget and activities at any given time.

Construction:

Since the company’s inception in 1981, EMMA Corporation has maintained a business philosophy – Truth and Integrity are the brick and mortar of our foundation.

For the past twenty seven years, EMMA Corporation has been delivering a full service construction support to Southern California Public Agencies.

No construction project could be a success without earning the client’s trust. In the past twenty seven years our client’s trust in us has helped us to repeatedly be qualified with a broad range of public agencies to bid on their construction projects and provide services to them. Our quality control plan is being continuously tested and is implemented in every construction sites to avoid delays, over dues and losses as a result of any possible non-conforming work.

Post Construction

Our relations with our clients do not end after delivery of completed construction project. We remain in touch for any needed support and warranty work after the construction is completed.
